Features of Longitudinal Seam Welding Machine :

• Optional to choose standard or customized mechanism according to work piece size.
• Suitable for TIG, MIG/MAG, PAW PLASMA+TIG welding process;
• Suitable for various materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and aluminum alloy etc.;   Suitable for welding longitudinal seams of 0.4mm-12mm wall thickness tank and plates;

Features :

• Customized production line is optional according to production volume
• Internal cylinder: high-efficient pulsing MAG welding process for longitudinal/circumferential seam, or PAW for longitudinal seam welding + MAG for circumferential seam welding; External cylinder: high-efficient pulsing MAG welding process for longitudinal seam welding, or TIG with wire feeding for longitudinal/circumferential seam welding

Storage Tank
Features:

• Modular design to minimize design and production period
• More than ten years PAW application experience with mature welding procedure instruction and service capability
• Compatible with storage tank overalll production line and successfully used in 4 customers in China
• PAW+TIG combination welding, i.e. plasma keyhole process for root pass and TIG process for covering, full penetration with nice appearance and up to 1.5 times faster than single torch welding
• Stable PLC control platform to ensure longtime working
• The welding production uses 2 units of plate-to-plate longitudinal seam welding systems + 1 unit of internal longitudinal seam welding system + 2 units of circumferential seam welding systems to achieve 10~12 units of standard storage tanks
